例如昨天,瑞典超級陽光,氣溫光線心情一律盛夏狀,一定是連滿載生命的酸種也份外熱情,於是麵糰發酵過度,焗爐中提不起勁,就成圖中前面兩圓扁坦坦的,味道也略酸了。

後面罌粟籽那條發酵美好,只是從籃子倒出時給我笨手弄歪了,焗成邊漲邊扁。縱然味道不俗,咬下皮脆沙沙作響,但不合格就是不合格。對自己比別人苛刻十倍,再調過又—份麵糰,明天再練。
