0313  朱古力蛋糕中第二層夾心是瑞典森林野紅莓,用匙羹壓碎再搽開,天然微酸,中和蛋糕早已給我減半的糖份。

第一層雲呢拿醬是粉醬加鮮奶和糖煮成的,下次要用真正雲呢拿刮芯自己做。面層是紅莓混忌廉鮮打,舖上西班牙好大粒士多啤梨。

連自己做蛋糕也成為日常了。
