0806 Råg surdeg graham mjöl honung havssalt. 躺足八小時休息的酸麥麵糰加麥麵粉、水及酵母,以最自然的步伐長大,味道慢慢滋養出來。之後再混麥麵粉、海鹽、蜜糖、水及酵母攪拌多一回,再小睡半小時,摺疊麵糰成枕頭狀,復再休息半小時。根本像人一樣,睡覺中靈魂才歸位。待足一天終出爐,入味、軟熟、賣相不錯。下回再分成手掌般大,作三文治包為目標。
