麥包長駐

0912 我們家的晚餐不太晚,個個放學下班回來也肚子餓,如果做了新鮮麵包,這樣的簡餐就最受歡迎。我喝熱茶,他們飲果汁,豆豆愛牛奶。麵包材料只有基本的白和麥兩種麵粉、海鹽蜜糖、水和少量酵母,一定是我自己的麥麵糰酸種栽培得宜,麵包口感與味道,贏得他的一句:我最喜歡這個!以你目前做過的所有來説。嗯,真心開心,但我仍會繼續試做更多,就讓這款匈牙利家鄉麥包長駐我們家。
