0529 Dansk råg bröd 丹麥粗麥包,太陽花籽、亞麻籽、酸麵糰、鹽和熱水先浸一晚。第二天加粗麥、黑糖漿和水慢拌20分鐘,麵糰休息45分鐘。按量分下長形焗模,180度焗足一小時,出爐小休。悠悠切開兩片,我先用手感包心質,用鼻近嗅包香氣,塗少許牛油嚼一口,每一回此刻都有點緊張。

這丹麥名産我十五年前初居瑞典便愛上,獨立小店當時已賣45塊錢一條,他每星期五下班都給我買一條。世界奇妙,如今我曉得自己做,連自己也不能相信。
