0225 莫加咖啡蛋糕,由底逐層向上數:牛油香餅、莫加忌廉、合桃肉碎、榛子蛋白糖脆底、莫加忌廉、鬆軟蛋糕層、薄層莫加忌廉搽勻全個蛋糕、杏仁糖衣調好咖啡味再用機器熨長至三毫米薄,舖上蛋糕大包圍,掃平掃靚,果醬畫面裝飾,最後放上咖啡豆,完成!大年初七人人生日快樂!
